  • I can see why you admire Mark’s work as you’ve been heralding this message for years, now. This is such important information for all of us, but especially for parents to start early with their children. As you illuminate – “wellness” – eat well, move well, think well, sleep well – is health, and health is the key to prevention (and treatment, for that matter) of a host of diseases, not the least of which is addiction.   • This is the stuff, Herby. What a coup catching an interview with Mark Sisson. “Primal Living in the Modern World.” Checked-out his Daily Apple – active, to say the least. And, heck, I even “Googled” him, and if working his perspective will get me an upper body like he has – I’m in. Evolutionary health – fascinating concept, yet so very simple. I’ve always supported the notion that we pop in to this world with a “genetic recipe” and the rest is up to us – our reaction to our environment and our choices. It’s one thing to pontificate about integrated nutrition and what’s best in the exercise realm and another to organize it so real deal humans can and will LIVE it.
