Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Combine mozzarella cheese and cream cheese in a microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and microwave for another 30 seconds.
Add the egg, almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk, baking powder and salt and mix. Return the bowl to the microwave for another 30 seconds. This will help you process the dry ingredients. When everything is mixed, you can form a ball with the dough.
Place the dough between two sheets of baking paper and roll it out to the desired thickness. If you want a thicker crust, poke a few holes in the crust with a fork to prevent air bubbles from forming.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 minutes, depending on the thickness of the dough. You want a light golden crust. You definitely want to see brown spots so the dough is cooked well.
Remove from oven and garnish with your favorite toppings, and return to oven for another 5 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
