To create the finest Keto Ranch Cauliflower Puree, follow these steps:
- Because water is produced when the cauliflower is cooked, I only used half a cup of broth and drained the extra liquid before pureeing it with a blender. Instead of being watery, the cauliflower will be creamy.
- Instead of using store-bought ranch, I created my own spice blend and mixed it with butter, cream cheese, and heavy cream after the cauliflower was cooked. This recipe is readily adaptable to your preferences. Use it as a reference and season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Two pieces of crumbled bacon and chopped green onions were added to the cauliflower puree to finish it off. It’s optional, but oh so tasty!
