Dull chicken makes me homesick, so today we’re adding lots of taco and ranch-inspired seasonings, which you can adjust to taste. Don’t forget to shake up a jar of our homemade taco seasoning to keep everything low-carb and delicious! We also add diced jalapenos and lime juice for extra flavor.

A great seasoned chicken mince to make tacos or any other low carb meal!
- 2 Pfund rohe Hühnerbrüste
- 2 tablespoons homemade taco seasoning (recipe HERE).
- 1 tablespoon dried chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
- 1 jal jal jal jal jal jal pel pel pel pel in dice
- Lime juice
- 1 1 du bou chicken
- 1 can of tomatoes and peppers Rotel
- Grated cheddar cheese for taco shells (1/2 cup per shell)
- possible garnish to serve
Place the chicken breasts in a slow-cooker with the spices, chicken broth, jalapeños and the juice of a lime.
Close the lid of the slow-cooker and cook for 3-4 hours on low or for 2-3 hours on high.
Take out the chicken, shred it and remove most of the liquid. Put the chicken back in the slow cooker. Add a can of Rotel and pour off the water. Serve the shredded chicken in tacos as desired. Message: You’ll get about 5 cups of shredded chicken mixture.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- For every bowl: Place about 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese in a 6-inch circle.
- Bake about 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees, until edges are light brown.
