If you have ever tried to lose weight, you know that one of the hardest things about losing weight is planning your meals. The “Meal Plan” is a tool that helps the user develop a healthy meal plan. The meal plan is for a week and food lists are generated for each day. Food lists are generated for the first couple of days of the plan. There is also a built-in calculator to help determine the calorie requirements for each meal.
